3. Orders and Payment

4. Custom Orders
4.1 Measurements: Accurate measurements are crucial for custom orders. We recommend professional measurement for best results. We are not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
4.2 Design Changes: Minor design adjustments can be made during the creation process. Major changes after work has commenced may incur additional charges.
4.3 Timeline: Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on design complexity and current workload. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
4.4 Custom Order Cancellation: Once work has commenced on a custom order, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to charges for work completed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be confirmed at the time of order.
5.2 Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
5.3 Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures. Please contact us if you experience delivery issues.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our custom work, custom orders are generally non-returnable. However, if there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
6.2 Ready-to-Wear: Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.
